Jackson, Miss. – This just in, the Mississipi House has voted 65 to 54 in favor of an exemption bill which expands parental exemption rights. Under House Bill 938, out-of-state physicians will be able to approve exemptions for Mississippi children allowing them to partially or even fully avoid vaccinations. This bill would prevent the state’s health department from refusing exemptions granted by physicians. The story broke this morning on wtok out of Jackson, Mississippi.
