A couple from California suffered the ultimate loss of their infant son. Ty’Ree Rodgers told ABC news that his son, Jaxson, died of whooping cough. And now the family wants to raise awareness for the pertussis vaccine for pregnant women. However, it should be noted that the mother did in fact, take the pertussis vaccine while pregnant.
